At Human Design Compass, your privacy matters as much as your story. This policy explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and how I keep it safe — written in plain language, because legal jargon shouldn't stand between you and clarity.

Who I Am

I'm Gabriela Trifonova, a Certified Quantum Human Design Specialist based in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. I run hdcompass.com as a solo practitioner. When this policy says "I" or "we," it means me and my small business.

What I Collect

When you book a reading or contact me: Your name, email address, and any message you choose to share.

When you use HDCompass AI: Your name, email, birth date, birth time, and birth location. This information is required to generate your Human Design chart — it cannot be calculated without it.

When you subscribe to my email list: Your name, email, and Human Design type (used to personalize content).

When you make a payment: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe and PayPal. I never see, store, or have access to your full credit card or banking information.

Automatically collected: Like most websites, hdcompass.com uses standard analytics (Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics) to understand visitor behavior. This includes anonymized data like pages visited, time on site, and general location (country level only).

Why I Collect It

  • To deliver the service you've requested (a reading, a chart, an email)

  • To respond to your messages

  • To send you emails and content related to Human Design, when you've shared your email with me (always with an unsubscribe option)

  • To improve the website and AI experience

  • To comply with Canadian tax and business regulations

I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

Where Your Data Lives

  • Email subscriptions: Stored with MailerLite (GDPR-compliant)

  • Payments: Processed by Stripe and PayPal (PCI-compliant)

  • Birth data for HDCompass AI: Sent securely to Human Design API services to generate your chart, then used in your conversation with the AI. Conversations are not permanently stored or used to train AI models.

  • Contact form messages: Stored in my Google Workspace inbox (humandesign@hdcompass.com)

  • Website analytics: Stored by Squarespace and Google

All third-party services I use are reputable, encrypted, and chosen with care.

Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and similar laws worldwide, you have the right to:

  • Access the information I hold about you

  • Correct any inaccurate information

  • Delete your information at any time

  • Unsubscribe from emails (link at the bottom of every email)

  • Withdraw consent for any data use
