I appreciate your time and commitment, and respectfully ask for the same in return.

• Rescheduling and Cancellations

Life is full of surprises! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. I’m happy to help you find a new time that works for you.

• Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed appointments without notice, are considered non-refundable. Thank you for understanding that the energy preparation and reserved time are part of the service.

• Refunds

If a refund is approved, please note that the original payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Completed sessions are non-refundable.
